Hare Krishna. This week’s Thursday program will be in memory of Bhaktin Marian Thomas.

For those of us who knew Marian, we loved her dearly and will truly miss her association. She was a key member of our community for over five years, running the food pantry and serving our community in so many wonderful ways, often behind the scenes. She recently moved to Athens, Ohio where she and Sri Kishore Prabhu helped out with the Vegan Cooking Workshop and college preaching. She was also assisting Sri Kisore Prabhu in writing his thesis film project. She will be truly missed by us all.

We will be doing bhajans at the temple starting at 6 pm. Then we will have a slide show of Bhaktin Marian and her interactions with the devotees. We will have memories and everyone is encouraged to take about five minutes to share any memories they may have of her. Bhaktin Marian will be offered Maha Prasadam and later the remnants will be taken to the river. Everyone is welcome to attend that. We will finish with a feast of many of her favorite prasadam preparations.
